I tried this & ran into a problem with the valve I purchased. Am giving you this so hopefully you can avoid my problem.
I think it may have been a Gresen by Dana Corp brand of valve. The model # was MS06-UDNA-01-12B 6 port, 6SAE, 12 volt diverter valve.
This was a single acting valve powered in one position & spring loaded to the unpowered position. Everything worked as it was supposed to, EXCEPT, I lost the power I should have had to my grapple and it had leak by, which would not keep the pressure it did have on my grapple.
I got disgusted & went back to using one of my rear remotes which works fine except for having to move my hand from one lever to another.
