Dads just gettin to excited

Well lets see,My Dad has been collecting old farmalls for about 5 yrs now,But for the last couple of months he's been buying old cub cadets and old john deere lawn mowers,this past monday day got the local paper,andoh my gosh it had an 65 cub in it,so he called I met him we loaded it in his truck,and I followed him home,this is where it all takes a s***,He was all excited about the deal he just got he forgot about the 2" rain from the night before,and instead of unloading it with boards outof the truck he pulls in the front yard in a ditch to unload,well he was stuck,so what do I do,Thats right I go in after him,I get hooked up with him and guess what,thats right nothing like 2 four wheel drives hooked together with a chain and bith are stuck,farmall B was acting up and didn't want to run,had to call my uncle,well we got them out but now we're going to have to do some yard work before he can mow,so I guess all's well that ends well.

oh yes, I got pictures, but don't have digital yet,so have to get them developed,looking for a digital camera now trying to figure out which one to get.
the thing is he has a 32' gooseneck to haul his farmalls,and just got a small utility trailer last week,asked him why he didn't hook up the little trailer,he said he forgot all about having it,bet he'll remember it the next time.
we usually use my 16' utility trailer but my wifes uncle has had it in missouri since last sept. so I'm without a tralier till he brings it back,which is hopefully pretty soon as I'm going to need it to haul my tractor to our property to mow and to some work.

That must be some ditch /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Glad you got them out ok, and don't forget the pics when they developed.
