We have a 1997 Daweoo DSL801 skid steer loader with around 1800 hours on it. Over the past year or so, the hydraulic warning light would come on randomly. Today, under very light usage, the hydraulic system emptied itself by blowing out the filter gasket and completely covering the engine compartment with oil.
The filter was changed last fall (NAPA 1202), but the intermittent light issue was present before the filter change.
Any ideas? Is there some type of relief valve that could be sticking?
