Don't have specific answers for you, but when dealing with situations like that in the past I had to get all new tubing or cut back the old tubing and splice in farther from the tee (but then you're adding a new place for leaks/problems, so I'd prefer a whole new length of tube).
Be careful not to tug too hard -- old tubing gets stiff and brittle, and doesn't usually tolerate a lot of wiggling/jiggling before the barb fittings no longer seal. In trying to break loose that one leg of tubing, you're liable to loosen the other ones to the point of leaking.
You could try gently scoring the old tubing with a knife and see if you can split it off the tee fitting. Be careful not to poke the knife through to the barbs except for at the very end of the tubing where a little contact won't matter. If you can get that end split and then gently score the rest of the tube you can probably peel/roll the split end with needle nose pliers to get it off the barbs and fitting.
