Damper/cylinder for hydro pedal

Since Kioti is basically the same machine will there damper/cylinder work in place of the bobcat and does anyone now if it is cheaper (bobcat dealer told me $256) that seems like a crazy stupid price. Or does anyone know of a suitable replacement aftermarket damper.

It would be same part as used on CK35. I just looked in Bobcat Parts catalog and see they have added a breakdown of the internal parts, so might be possible to disassemble the old one and replace need internal parts at much less cost.
