I was replacing the headlights in my 1997 F350 PSD (OBS) and I found a ground connection just hanging there that I hadn't noticed before.
This is on the left side - driver's side - of the truck. It's not the main heavy ground which goes to the block, and it's not the small ground that goes forward - it's connected at the negative terminal cable bolt and is about 24 inches long.

Where is this supposed to be connected to?
The truck seemed to run fine with it dangling, but now that I know it was dangling, I don't like it.
