Dashboard cowling on B3030 seems loose

The plastic cowling assembly on my B3030 (surrounding the instrument panel and extending down to the floor) seems quite loose. I can wiggle it easily by grasping with both hands on the sides. I see no readily apparent way to tighten it up. Is this looseness normal? If not, how can I tighten it? Thanks.

Mine is the same, and the non-cab versions I have examined are all the same.. I agree, its annoying...
