Day One With The BX2200......

Well originally the machine was to be here on Saturday the
16th but I received a call during the week to see if they
could come out on Friday the 15th. Well hell yes come on
out.
They were here on time, the paperwork was correct and
the driver was very polite and went over everything ! Then
he went over MY list of things as well. And believe me it
was in the high 80's and very humid. We were both
drenched by the time we put off and on the snow blower
and mower deck.( The shaft drive is tricky to reach) and
everything else on my list.
I have only used it one hour or so to cut the main property
and of course no problems to report as of yet. I have read
all the manuals and highlighted all important information and
when I clean it up I will take the time to locate things I
spotted in the manuals. I know its still summer but I fear no
winter with the huge 2 stage snow blower attachment can't
wait to try it out. More details to come as needed.

Excellent! I'm jealous of the blower. I will be settling for a scraper. Is your tractor from Osaka or Georgia?
I'm just wondering, I see you are from NH and in PA I have seen some of each here.

rouge : how do u tell where the tractor was made? would like to know where my b2400 was produced.

It should say on the SN # plate. It will either say Kubota of America "somewhere" georgia. Or it will say Osaka Japan. My BX has it on the right frame member (if your sitting on it).
Please post as this is becoming a curiosity for me. I don't know if they are completely overlaying the US of if in sections (I would have assumed coastal) they are distributing Osaka gear.

Rogue, Another data point. My BX2200 purchased this spring was made in GA. Probably no surprise since we are right next door.

My BX1800, bought two weeks ago in SE Missouri was made in Japan. I've grade my driveway and redid a retaining wall. The FEL was a great backsaver moving those railroad ties.
