I'd be on the look out for emerging broad leaf weeds. They always move in to those bare spots to protect the soil from eroding. If you haven't re-seeded, it would be a good idea to do it as soon as you can.

After it rained yesterday I checked and there are bare spots but they are not all that big. Maybe just a few inches by a few inches.
My plan was to drag again in late August/early September and seed then. Perhaps existing grass wound spread into the bare spots by then?
Control weeds with 2-4-D before.

What do you think about that idea?
Seeding in the spring is difficult here because it takes so long for the bluegrass blend to germinate and we often get a lot of hot and dry weather.

Let me add that the lawn looked really great yesterday and I can't get over what a difference it made.
