Yesterday I went home to an empty barn!! I was stunned but on my way up to the house to report it stolen I had a crazy thought.
This past Monday I called my dealer to arrange 50 hour service for next week while I am gone on vacation. He asked how many hours I had on my 3010 and I told him it was at 40 but would be close to 50 by the time I left on Friday. He said he would check the schedule and call me to let me know if they could fit it in (pickup and delivery is approx 90 miles each).
Back to reporting my stolen tractor; by the time I reached the house I thought of the dealer and placed a call there first. I was very calm and asked if they were able to fit me in next week as I had not heard from them, after a little stuttering the gentleman informed me that he already had my tractor!
Does anyone else have a dealer who is this efficient /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif??
This kind of screwed up my pre vacation work plans like mowing 5 acres and moving 30 yds of dirt but he is bringing it back to me tonight even if it is late in the evening. I just added tomorrow to my vacation so I can finish all my tractor work.
I was so relieved to find that he did have the tractor I couldn't even get irritated over the miscue on the weeks.
