1st time poster, so a 2 part question to start off with:
1. I am in the market to buy something in the CUT range and being new to the NH area I am unfamiliar with the local dealers. Can anyone recommend to me who has a better sales/service department? Preferably a dealer that you wouldn't mind sending your best friend to un-accompanied.
2. Having moved from a townhouse in CA to a house in NH that is on 2.5 acres, I am unsure of what size tractor to purchase. The house is new construction, so anywhere where the soil was disturbed the contractor hydro-seeded and I will have a fair amount of grass after the spring thaw. Of the 2.5 acres, there is about 1 to 1.5 of grass the rest being trees. I do have a few project that I want to do around the yard so I want a FEL and a MMM. My main concern is buying something undersized and having to re-buy. I don’t mind going a little large, as long as it’s not to heavy to drive over the septic tank and it won’t tear up/leave ruts, in the lawn.
Any input that you have is greatly appreciated.
