Just a quick note for anyone looking for either Mahindra or LS tractor in southern MO or northern ARK> - Just bought a new LS XG3032. 14.3 hours into it, the fel valve blew out a sealed plug. Needless to say, I was not the happiest camper. Contacted dealer ( Hirsch Feed and Farm Supply in West Plains, MO) They came and got my new toy( 46 miles one way), had a new improved valve installed, and back to me in less than 48 hours!
The warranty behind your tractor is only as good as the dealer who honors it. Hirsch Feed and Farm could not have done better. People were friendly, service was good, quick and effective.

It's always a good deal to have a good dealer, One that is willing to stand behind their product and keep a customer happy. And happy customers post threads like this and others see it and it can lead to more sales. Just plain ole good business. Glad you got the problem taken care of.

I thought I would use this topic to say 'Thanks' to RCO Tractor in Austin, Tx. John Ryan went way out his way to make me a happy customer. I have a dealer closer to me and John encouraged me to buy local. So I visited that other dealer but they were not at all willing to help me with my specific requests. John went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed in my new LS. I was originally going to by my implements local but decided just to get it all from RCO Tractor since John did so much research for me.

Thanks again John for treating me like I was the only customer you have. While I know that is far from the truth, it was how I felt during the entire process.

I will also say John over at RCO has been great. Not only did he convince my wife to get the tractor, he got her to go with the cab! Air conditioning is awesome! Both John AND Alex have been great after the sale, they answer all my rookies questions and search tirelessly for parts when I need them(rare). Great folks!

It sounds like I had the same issue with my FEL. A factory plug blew out at 33 hours. I called the New Holland dealer about it a couple days ago and they said they were told it was a factory defect at recent training and would need to replace the entire valve assembly. I didn't hear anything from them yesterday, nor today. Hopefully they'll get it in tomorrow and come out and pick up the tractor for a quick repair. I need it back in operation asap. One issue we're going to have is getting a truck back to pick it up. It's about 1/2 mile from the closest point they can get a flatbed to it.
