OK, barring advice to the contrary, here goes:
If you live in or near Central or Eastern Maine and are in the market for ANYTHING by Kubota, you can't do better than Dorr's Equipment in Bangor, Maine.
I bought a cabbed B2650 from them a year ago this April. This Spring, I noticed that the A/C wasn't working.
I spoke to the Service department (on a Saturday!!!) and they said bring it in Tuesday, if you can be here when the doors open we'll take it right in.
I was, and they did. Diagnosed (bad o-ring on the receiver) repaired and back on the trailer in under 2 hours, and not a nickel out of pocket.
That, my friends, is Customer Service. I sent the owner a very nice note and you can bet my next equipment purchase will be at Dorr's.
