As for any warranty claim, Yes it is difficult to get it paid and it does take some time (30 days)
The hardest part about warranty is making sure all of your Ts and Is are doted and crossed.
There are plenty of thing you don't get paid like ....Shop clean up, parts clean up, and the time it takes you to go thru the book to get the codes on the failer.
When the manufacture give you warranty it is by what there book says not your actuall hands on time, So say for instance the job can been done with the tire on and you can clearly see that it would be much eaiser to remove the tire they don't pay that.
The absolute worse is electrical...
Spend two hrs. to find the problem and get paid to fix just the problem (15 min).
Some people might say well you just don't know how to write warranties, wrong the more you try to fudge it the more chances they will denie it and when it gets denied then you end up with more time at the desk rewriting it.
