I bought a DK55 in October with a 1595 loader my tractor has 25 hrs on and has 2 problems already. The 1st one the tac worked but the hr meter didnt. Took it back to the dealer and he kept it 2 weeks and after me harass him after a week they finally got it fixed. Two weeks ago I was cleaning some roads at deer camp and bushhoging when I went to lower my loader to move some brush out of the road the bucket flopped to the ground and stuck. After looking the pins in the cylinder to the bucket on one side had fell out and the brackets from the cylinder to the bottom of the loader were gone, and blowed a hyd. hose also. I took it to my dealer and they said they cant even get those parts. It has been 2 weeks and my tractor is still setting in the same spot it was parked. HOW GOOD IS KIOTI WARRENTY I HOPE IT IS BETTER THAN THE DEALER I BOUGHT MY TRACTOR FROM. I REALLY LIKE MY TRACTOR WHEN I CAN USE IT. BUT AT THIS POINT WHAT GOOD IS IT. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Sounds like to me you have a bad dealer that Kioti should be made aware of. Parts are available overnight. Talk to any of the dealers on here and you will find out how easy parts are to come by.

Might help if we knew where you were. The dealers around here can get parts next day.

If you send me a picture or get me the part numbers out of you loader manual for the parts you need I will be more than happy to help you.

I've had no problems with a few warranty repairs and the parts arrive in less than a week. Sounds like your dealer isn't doing much to help you. Try another dealer or contact Kioti directly and tell them of your problem.

First I think the bolts that hold the loader pins in should be Locktighted from the factory because this is the second time I've read about this happening.
Second, you need a new dealer because yours s****.

I too agree, we make this standard practice now when installing any of these loaders with this setup.

Anytime I have a pin out that has a lock bolt, I put a lock nut back on it.
If he won't get you one pretty quick and you want something to work right now, use a hitch pin. I have used a cut off hitch pin and drilled a hole for the bolt a time or two while I waited for the replacement. You shouldn't have to do this, but sometimes a person has to do something else to get by.

Except there is no nut and no place to put a pin. Those bolts thread directly into the end of the pivot pins inside the bushings.
