Dealers - Do you have loaner tractors??

Hi All,

Our 1523 is going in for a repair tomorrow, 4wd will not engage, lever moves, but no resistance on it what so ever, so 4wd is not working. The dealer we are taking it too has no loaner tractors.

Do you guys loan out new ones depending on how long the tractor will be down for?? Or is this not done anymore...

Normally we are less then one week for most jobs so it is not needed for most repair occasions.

Our insurance company says NO loaners!

We do in extended circumstances offer assistance with units.
