lmao myself as well. Not trying to stir the pot but is it really that hard to understand that SOME dealer groups may take the extra step for their committed customers, notwithsatnding some dealers just suck and that is life. The other thought I had, and these are getting less and less, is what about those odd circumstances where something is just not right from the start, just beyond warranty, etc, there are numerous links here talking about just that (my deck never worked right, dealer said they would take care of this) Where the mfg says, ok, you the dealer pay a 1/3, customer pay a 1/3 and mfg will pay a 1/3rd. If the dealer had no income from the original purchase and is relying only on warranty work are they going to chip in their third? I don't know, maybe this is just a pissing match and no-one is right and/or wrong.
