I have a Deere 2555 Cab tractor that occasional needs to run a hydraulic motor on a potato harvester shaker all day long. Currently I am running the hydraulics in and out of the SCVs. In the past I have not had a problem but recently the oil must be getting hot because towards the end of the day the hydraulic motor kicks out and the tractor loader will have trouble lifting. Oil and filter have been changed recently.
So I am considering returning the oil to the filter cover to keep it cooler. It already has a tee there for the loader, can I just add another tee with a quick coupler at that location?
Also, if I wanted to bypass the SCV completely and create a powerbeyond situation, could I just add another tee where the loader line goes out? Or would out of the flow control valve be a better spot for this? Could this also be a quick coupler?
Thanks for the help!
