Deere 455 PTO Turns Too Slow to Cut Grass

Hello,

My JD 455 PTO turns, but slowly. When mowing grass, it will come to a stop. Doesn't seem to be an electrical issue. Hydraulic fluid level is OK. Any thoughts?
