Mowing Deere 755 Pre '90- Post '90 MMM swap

Quite some time since posting here, but good CUT info so give it a go.
Does anyone know if M02732 and M02734 deck shells are similar enough to swap spindles, gearbox and mount hardware?
Basically switch all parts from the older M02732 deck to the newer type M02734?

Did you go to the JD parts website and download both parts manuals, then compared the p/n's for those things?

Yep did that and it's a lot of subs for spindles, deck and other parts, not 2 drawings. I think it will work out, and if not, I guess I weld.
