It's a 3 cylinder diesel with power steering and power brakes. Power steering and the 3 point lift both work fine, but the power brakes have a problem.
Both pedals press all the way down, and they do no come back up. Each pedal pushes on a little piston on the brake valve under the right footrest. The pistons are supposed to push back out and push the pedals back up, but they don't. I opened up the bleed valve on the axle and pressed the piston down further, no hydraulice fluid came out the bleed valve, and the pistond did not return. I opened up the top of the brake valve and there was hydraulic fluid in it. I removed one of the brake lines, and there was fluid in there too. What should I look for next, and what could be the problem?
