Hiya,
Heard this on NHPR on the way home, Deere and other makers have filed suit challenging a recent change to the "Dealer bill of rights" law that was passed and signed into law in June. According to the radio, Deere and others are protesting that the law prevents them from exercising the level of control they desire over franchisees.
Seems to me that they sense a threat to their forced consolidation policy they have been ramming down the throat of smaller dealers like R.N.Johnson.
