Sometimes it will turn a couple seconds, sometimes not. Light on the console blinks. Any help would be appreciated.

It's located to the right of the toplink bracket. It is solinoid operated. It could be the solinoid or the spool of the valve is binding if the solinoid is OK. It has two pressure test ports marked CLUTCH and BRAKE. The system presssure should be 170psi at the BRAKE port with PTO disengaged. It should drop to zero when the PTO is engaged. CLUTCH port should have zero pressure with PTO disengaged and 170psi with PTO engaged.
