Deere\'s on the lose....
Whoops - supposed to be loose not lose!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
I have the distinct pleasure of driving between Sharpsburg, MD and Baltimore, MD every day on my commute to work. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Lately, I have been seeing lots of new JD big iron (8xxx, 9xxx) equipment being hauled eastward on I-70. This morning I saw at least 5 tractor-trailers loaded with JDs and 2 loaded with NH combines. I think that most of this equipment is on it's way as exports. I have also seen quite a few big yellow New Holland combines going the same way.
If they are not exports, then a lot of Eastern shore farmers are upgrading their equipment. If they are exports, JD is helping offset the trade deficit.
I just find this very interesting and thought that I would share it with other tractor nuts. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
