Del Morino funny top 158 flail mower

I have a non drive side bearing that came apart from getting wire bound up in it. I am having issues getting the center shaft of the bearing off the post. Any suggestions on how to remove? There does not seem to be any set screws in the set screw places and it will not budge.

If the right side flange bearing has been blown apart the entire flail
mower rotor has to removed to change the pair of flange bearings.

Please take note of this-the ripped out seal retainer cup could be
what you are observing.
