Why did you replace the pump?
So you replaced the pump, and now nothing works?
Did you prime the pump. Otherwise flood the suction line and open the output line to bleed any air and perhaps prime. You could run the pump output into a bucket so as not to make a mess.
You will know you are successful when fluid flows out the OUT/pressure port.
