Bought one to keep the equipment, shop and such clean. Everything on the motor says it is a dewalt motor even the manual says it is a dewalt engine. Did dewalt really build this motor?

Is this a honda motor?

They "source" it from China.
They have been selling these engines for a couple of years now, and I understand they are performing extremely well, with almost no problems at all.

Thanks John it does look well made. I found this at home depot. They have a policy to take back items without question for up to 30 days. outdoor power tools are tested and then sold as reconditioned with 1yr warranty. Most tools I see like this look to be slightly used.This machine though was never even used the wand, all nozzles and hose was still in original unopened package. For some reason they put a dab of grease on the muffler threads before screwing muffler on, a spot of it was on muffler. Even when it was tested it wasn't run long enough to burn the grease off. New price was $999. I got this one for $440!

I've been in the market for a pressure washer for sometime. Seems many have bad experiences with these. I had been eyeing Lowe's $279 unit. And what do you know, went into Lowes yesterday, and they had them marked down to $237.

At half the price of most other units...I grabbed one.
