Doesn't the hand throttle just control the engine rpms? You still need to push the pedal to move forward or reverse or am I wrong. I really didn't spend a lot of time driving my friends 1100 but I do remember how hard the pedal pushed and how sore my leg got from driving any distance down the road to another vineyard (maybe 3 miles max one way).
