Before putting the tractor away for the winter, by mistake I put about double the amount the instructions called for in the tank and ran it for a few minutes. This is the anti-gel stuff. Any harm done? Should I dilute it?

Nope, no harm. If it was a anti-gel additive all you did was lower the gel point a little more.
