Diesel Fuel Mixing with Motor Oil

My 02 30hp kioti did the same thing and it was the fuel pump diaphragm. Mine started and ran good to. Just had fuel/oil mix coming out of the overflow. Actually a cheap fix. Scared me though. cheers

Old ford diesels had a similar problem due to a leaking steel line and later from fuel pump drive shaft seals. It resulted in a lot of cranks getting destroyed. Oil is not as good of a lubricant when diluted with fuel. You're probably fine for now, but do get it fixed soon.

I am assuming that you don't have a stuck injector as you would have a lot of fuel smell out the exhaust. Easy to tell.

You may be well served to get some advice from the local Mahindra service tech. They have probably already seen and fixed it on other machines.
