Had my Gator out on the ice and hit a thin spot. The tail fell in and the motor was submerged. What do I need to do to get it started again?

Hmmm? I take it that the engine died while it was submerged? Or did you shut it off? First thing I would do would be to drain the oil. Pull the airbox and drain any water in it. Disconnect injector lines. Remove exhaust and drain any water. Re-oil, and hit the starter with the injector lines disconnected. Your purging water that is in it, out of it. Reconnect injector lines, exhaust, air box, and exhaust. Re-prime the fuel system and try starting it. Other people may have different ideas. That is just what I would do. Or you could consult your dealer.

If it has been under water or if there is a chance that it sucked up water , you had better take the glow plugs or the injectors out before you try to run the starter. It it has water in the cylinders it will bust the pistons, if it hasn't already. If it turns over alright, then put them back in and try to start it.

Jerry and Brent are right on. If you aren't comfortable doing this yourself I would take it in to have it done. It's very easy to ruin the engine. How long was it underwater? BTW do it quick. It doesn't take long for damage to occur once there's water in the motor.
