Oil & Fuel Diesel KLEEN and Cetane boost is it worth buying?

Any opinions on this or any brand? Does it work, is it worth it, does it do what it claims etc.

I use it because it "Stabilizes stored fuel" sometimes my tractor don't get much use so I use the diesel kleen (summer) or Diesel Fuel Supplement +Cetane Boost (in the winter). I usualy add the suplement to my 5 gallon cans and then fill them, sometimes the cans sit around for awhile.

I started using Sta-bil for my gas mowers, chain saws etc. and since I started they start easier after winter storage. I always mix it in because I never know when the chain saw etc. will be sitting with no use for months.
I figured doing the same for my tractor was cheap insurance.

I don't know about the other benefits of the additives because I have no way to know.

i use power service additives in my truck and tractor with every fill.
i add it primarily for the lubricating qualities.

maybe this is a stupid question, not that it will be first or last..........I bought a 32 oz bottle of the Diesel Kleen Cetane boost. It states that it is good up to 100 gallons. It doesn't mention anything about a ratio of diesel kleen to diesel fuel. Now what?!

The ratio would be 1oz to 3 gallons. It's hard to accurately measure, so I just give a 5gal jug a quick splash before I fill it at the pump. I'm sure I'm more than double dosing it though.

thanks for the response. A company rep emailed me and mentioned that for 7 gal (my tank) it would be 2.24 oz to 3 oz. He mentioned that you can "max out your benefits" by doubling the dosage.

I never used the stuff before and I am curious if there will be a noticeable difference.
