Diesel paid 2.59 hehe

I was at our local Krogers and discovered we had enough points for 1.00 off per gallon. expired 2/29
Went home loaded up the 55 gal barrel, 3, 5 gal gas cans and headed to town.

Used my 1.00 discount for diesel 3.59-1.00=2.59 per gall
ended up with .40 off for gasoline 3.79-.40=3.39

Spent alot of money but came home and used the wifes line "but it was on sale and look how much I saved"

what are prices in your area?

Gas is $3.65 and Diesel is $3.95.

Diesel, 3.99 a gallon, although in some areas, 3.79 a gallon.

diesel $4.03 but I paid $4.09 yesterday because I had been busy and when I finally slowed down to put that low fuel light out, I didn't have enough fuel to make it to the cheaper places.

Around here at Krogers all you can buy at one time with the discount is 35 gallons? Believe me I've tried to buy more when I had .60 to 1.00 off and it won't let me.

I did the same the other day:thumbsup: $3.40-1.00=2.40gal.(diesel)
