I have recently had the injector pump off and to the shop. I also replaced the voltage regulator. (New Holland TC18)
After putting things back together, the engine runs at full throttle and throttle movement does not effect the engine at all. The engine also blows more black smoke than before. When I turn the ignition off, the engine is unaffected (still runs at full throttle).
I have tested the fuel solenoid, and it functions with a 12v charge.
I am at my wit's end, so I would love some ideas on what I have done wrong here.
Thanks in advance.
