Difference between y380 and y380t engine

Is there a difference between the 2 engines? 1999 model.

The Y380T is a EPA version of the Y380, same parts NOTE: Most engines had the 1999 year tag to get past customs, the engines were actually the same year model as the tractor

That's what I thought. There were a couple places online in the search description that said EPA engine, I just couldn't find an exact answer. Thanks. I didn't know that about the engine years.
