Diggin\' dirt(or rather, mud!) in PA!
pequeajim, thought of you last night and your slogan....had a 3' high pile of clean fill left over from the excavation for our home addition that we were saving thinking there may be some settlement around the foundation. Well, it turns out we did not need it and the contractor was ready to rent a Bobcat for $150 or so and dispose of the dirt/mud pile.....put on the bucket last night and 3 hours later it was gone. I was wishing I had a dump trailer!!! Had to carry the fill apprx. 40 yards to an area where I could dump it permanently. Contractor came by bright and early today and was stunned to see the pile gone and that the little green tractor could handle that! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif About the only clean spot on her when I was done was the seat area covered by my rear end!
So, diggin' mud in Lycomng County!
