Dipstick length for Iseki TA320

I need to know the length of the dipstick from the cap-stop to the bottom of the stick for a TA320 with Isuzu 4 cyl diesel engine. Mine found it's way out of the tube while mowing brush this afternoon. 'was able to whittle a piece of oak to close the tube and figure I can pick up a dip stick at the junk yard that I can modify and mark for level.

My Iseki doesn't use the Isuzu engine, so I can't provide you with the dipstick length. Until you hear from someone though, you may want to make one up and mark your oil level as it sits now. This is assuming that your oil level is at a safe level and you check it once and a while. At the very least, you would have a safe working level.

I ended up taking the dipstick from a older Nissan p/u and cutting it down so that the end is just above the bottom of the oil pan. When I change the oil this weekend I will stop at 4 qts and mark the stick for a low level then pour in another quart and mark it for full. However, I will need to put some sort of a tubing guide over the stop on the stick that will slide down over the tubing from the oil pan so that it won't slide out. Right after I cut the used dipstick to length I realized I should have bent it a couple of times forming some wavy turns in it so that it would have friction to hold when it was slid down into the guide tube and wouldn't be inclined to come out.
