Directions for Head Gasket Replacement or Manual for 2210

Hello,
I'm seeking detailed directions for the removal and replacement of the head and head gasket for a 2210d. I am mechanically inclined and can follow directions well. If anyone has a manual that they can scan pages from or if anyone has a manual for sale, let me know. Any other advise is greatly appreciated. warm regards, keith zack

I urge you to investigate fully before buying a manual for your tractor. I bought one for a 2610D and got one for a 336D. Engine is different, and hydraulics are different IE no power steering. If any engine work is to be done the tolerances could be way off.

Look before you leap!! Proceedures for repairs should be very close! Capacities could be off too! US versions typically have thermostats, my 2610 does not so cooling system is different.

That can happen. Most places, like Hoye, tell you if they give you one for your model or as close a match as they can. Hoye tells you up front.

US models WITH a water pump will have thermostats. No pump, no thermostat. Not all US models have water pumps. Mine doesnt. 155D Had never seen that before I got it.

The YM2210 is the same engine as a YM240, but with a different engine model #. I can supply you with either the YM240 service or the I&T shop manual that covers the YM240. The YM2610 & YM330 engines are basically the same engine with different bores.
