Never heard of loader arm end caps. I just wash it out with garden hose & nozzle.

I capped off the loader arms on my brother in laws New Holland for that very reason. Mud would get caked up so deep that it was very hard to get it out. I left a weep hole for water to run out.

Yea I just wash it out, but like this past weekend one side got clogged with hard clay and didn't wash too well. Oh well, guess I'll look into making some. Would it hurt anything you think, to weld a piece on the ends and like Gary said, just make holes for the water to drain.

My CK2510 loader arms are the same, since my CK20 loader came with the arms closed with a welded cap, I'm a bit disappointed in the loader on the 2510. "Progress" or just keeping costs down, ie; making it cheaper.!!

As long as the weep hole were big enough, and did not get stopped up. otherwise they would rust out for sure.

I have this same problem. I don't have access to welding but I thought the same thing. It does seem like they cheaped-out.

Coming up on 250 hrs so I'll be changing the oil again. TSC had Rotella 2.5gal on sale so all I need is the oil filter. I ordered from NAPA last time.

I notice that rust will start wherever dirt is caked on the machine. Otherwise, I'd probably never wash.
