Disc for a 4320?

I have a few acres that I logged and stumped. Want to plant grass (as in pasture, not lawn). Thinking that I might be better off using a disc over a rototiller because of roots that are probably hidden from sight under the soil.

So, a couple of questions. First, do you agree that a disc is probably the better way to go? Second, any recommendations for a disc on the back of a 4320? Size, brand, etc?
