When I take off my box scraper to attach the backhoe, where do I position the lower links. I just noticed that its wedged under the floor of the backhoe.
I guess what am asking is there a proper position for the lower links or do I have to remove them to attach the backhoe.

Usually the lower links just go underneath the operator's platform. You might need to bungee them together so they don't flop around but they should fit. I suppose there may be some setups that require that you remove the 3PT lower links but my Kioti CK20/BH2365 and DK40se/Woods BH90x both work the way I described.

OH NO. Lower links should be ABOVE anything in the backhow, ie above the backhoe floor platform.

Someone here put them below and probably accidently tried to raise them and it broke a lot $$$$$$ of stuff.

If they are ABove the backhoe, no pressure can be exerted down.

Good point. I checked a few photos of my old backhoe on my CK20 and see that actually the lower links are far enough forward of the backhoe that they don't interfere whether they are up or down. I had thought I kept them down so they wouldn't interfere with getting on and off the BH but that is not an issue for this set up.
