My Dealer has given me a quote for a 4410 trade. It includes a 1K discount. I see no reference to the 1K discount on the JD WEB site. I did see a 400 dollar attachment discount if you buy a compact by early July. I asked if this mean a $1400 discount. He said the 400 dollars was part of the 1K. Anyone else run into this?

I have been working with my sales person via E-mail. I got something from him and reply with some adjustments. I go days and don't hear from him. I call and he says his e-mail is acting up. I just got e-mail from there parts area so I find that hard to believe. I get something right after that. It has some mistakes and I had some more adjustments. I sent it back asking to hear back by this afternoon. I don't. These are not price issues just adjustments to get it the way I want it. I like the service at this Dealer but the sales is less than par. The kicker is I just sent two sales his way via friends. The deal and the price was almost inked in my mind short of the wrong FEL and hoe bucket listed on the quote.

I considered two other dealers in the areas. I talked with both of them but one has a poor service department and the other is getting too far from home.

In the pricing on my 4310 there was a tractor bonus of 600 and an implement bonus of 400 (I bought two JD implements). It is promotion that goes through the 7th of July. Here is a link to it: http://www.deere.com/en_US/homeowners/specialoffers/specials_comm_tractor.html

Thanks for information on the 1K. I read the WEB site again and see the $400 for attachments clearly but I'm missing the additional $600 somewhere.

Sent a E-mail to my absent Dealer before I left work yesterday stating I was going to have to try and find another source for a tractor. When I got home I had an E-mail back with the reply I was looking for all along. Don't feel good about having to poke a stick at sales to get a quote. The service department is excellent at this Dealer.
