I managed to squeeeeeeze out some time to throw together what could be a useful utility. It sure is 4 me! I'm sure there are much better ones but this one is MINE ..and I have no idea where them better ones would be anyway. Take a peek, scripts must be enabled in browser. Remember: it's a prototype testbed...

http://trixtar.org/3/tinkerings/tinkerings.shtml CLICK "Hydraulics Calculator"

it'll probably just crash every so often  It should remain there for a short while anyway, I might even fix a problem or two time permitting

Thanks for trying

I have others like it (i.e. Perl scripts) and although they're all cannibal jobs because I know no more about Perl than about hydraulics, the others work better. I have a slow internet connection and I have to hold down the mouse a second longer than usual, and wait patiently for a reaction.

Just curious...how is this application "yours" if you did not write the (perl) script?

BTW perl scripts are clunky at best...there are much more elegant object oriented platforms that are much smoother etc...

Oh, but I did write it, and am editing it as i write this

Those languages I know even less about so there'd be little point in my trying them, just be patient, I'll have this sorted out before a week goes by
