DIY video increase power on a Kioti CK2610, CK2620 and CX2510 tractors - Turning the fuel up

These 2 videos will show you everything you need to know on turning the fuel up on a Kioti CK2610, CK2620, CX2510 or a Bobcat CT2025 tractor.

These tractors all share the base 1.6 liter 3A165 mechanically controlled diesel engine. You can cut the protective cap off the fuel screw and also remove some shims from underneath the injection pump to advance the timing.
Doing this can get it back to 34hp if tuned correctly. Doing just the fuel will be around 30hp.

I also show how to replace the cap.

Nice vids! wish I could do that to my CK2510 lol. (I've the older verion which is a different motor.) But in my case the engine won't bog down like yours - which makes me wonder if my relief is set wrong or if my hydrostatic pump is in need of help...

Any mechanically controlled fuel diesel engine can be turned up like this. The CK2510 can be but it's just got a slightly smaller 1.4 liter engine. The Kubota's smaller engines are very similar to this like the L2501.

Pretty sure it would void your warranty. I'd keep that in mind before doing it.
I plan to wait until the warranty is expired before doing mine.

The feller who makes the turbo kit for the Kubota L2501 said he will be making one for this engine eventually. I think he's working on it now but not entirely sure of that, just that his "focus" is on it....
