DK 4210SE Loader won't lift and curl or lower and dump well

Hi,
I have the new model Kioti DK4210SE and am frustrated with the operation of the FEL, it will lift or drop fine (well it's slow) but I can't get it to curl or dump while lifting or lowering very well. These functions are at 10, 2, 5, and 7 oclock on the loader joystick. BTW I had a Kubota B2610 and it worked like a charm but maybe it's because this is a larger tractor with more lifting ability but the dual function we all like when using the loader is awful on this one - the dealer says it's the way it is and adjustments to the speed or curl/dump can't be made. Any thoughts?

I've used a Kubota L4240 and a Kioti DK45se, on the regular, and though the sticks have their own personality, they both operate smoothly using dual functions. I prefer the DKse's's joystick as its closer to the operator, integrated into the tractor, and I don't often remove the loaders. The only thing that may adjust the feel for you, could be the springs in the loader valve. Not much to adjust those, and loosening them a bit may be just what the doctor ordered.

But if the duel functions simply are not working, there is an issue, and the dealer must repair.

Not working at all or difficult to hit the sweet spot to make it do both at once? Mine took a lot of trial & error & I still hit it awkwardly at times, uncurling a little too fast while raising. I agree I like my stick or it's placement a bit better than a Kubota. But I like the Kubota's smoothness and speed better. It's a lot easier for me to make it work well on a kubota. And doing both at once doesn't slow the loader down like ours. Kubota really gets that part right and have always like their loaders. I don't think ours are terrible and a lot better than many others, just not quite as good as kubota......

Try at low rpm, bucket about 1/4 the way up. Raise slowly and while doing that, start sliding stick to the right while not changing amount you're pulling back. Once you start finding those corners to combine functions, it become a lot easier. But is always real easy (for me at least) to get one or the other going too fast....typically when raising a heaped bucket to full height and uncurling as it raises....that way I can dump dirt on myself :confused3:

Anyway....don't try to go straight to that corner position if that's what you're doing. Already be moving up or down slowly then slide stick left/right until curl movement starts.
