DK 45 SE quick attach lever arm is loose

Hello all. I have a 2012 DK 45 with the KL401 FEL. The arm to disengage various front end attachments works fine, but there is one really annoying thing. When I have the arm in the disengaged position, it will not stay there on his own 95% of the time. So the scenario goes like this. I want to take my bucket of let's say. I get to where I want to set it down, pull the lever to disengage the pins at the bottom, EASE the FEL down and 9 times out of 10, the arm will flop downward and the pins will engage in the holes again. So, its back off the tractor to set the arm again. I've tried bungee cords to hold the arm in the disengaged position and that woks, but that is a pain also.

The arm pivots in a dog eared type connection, so there is not tightening that bolt up to increase friction. Anyone have the same issue and how did you fix it? Minor I know, but oh so frustrating.

Are you sure you cannot tighten the bolt a little. I have a different set up, but mine loosen about once a year. Tighten them up a little.

Mine does the same. I use a bungee cord.

This is what I did to mine just added a wave washer under the head of the bolt and it fixed the problem.
