DK35 has only 1000 psig hydraulic pressure

I've been working on this for some time and feel that the problem is a relief valve.

There is a relief valve in the hydraulic block but is there another?

I have replaced the hydraulic pump so not the problem.

I don't have any quick couplers below the deck that could be coming off.

I don't have a loose hose and no leaks.

The symptoms are no lifting power on the 3 point or FEL. Hydraulic pressure 1000 psig.

Replaced filter and fluid.

Problem occurred in the field brush hogging went to lift the FEL to clear a fence and really slow lift.

There may be a relief in the FEL valve, how many hoses going to it? Do you have a service manual for it? If so, post the hydraulic circuit. Where/how are you checking pressure?

There is a relief in the FEL joystick control valve. I can hear mine when it lifts but just center the joystick and it is all good again. My DK also has a knob on a panel near the deck, (under the front edge of the seat) that is meant to control flow but I have never used mine.

Often the hydraulic flow is to the FEL, then by power beyond to 3 pt and rear remotes. The loader relief valve setting in this instance limits max pressure for 3 pt and rear remotes even though there is a relief valve for them. This relief can be set lower but because the max pressure the 3 pt sees is the FEL relief valve that becomes the limit.

No relief valve on FEL joystick control.

I have a set of remotes that the lever next to my seat controls.

My FEL has no relief valve the circuit uses the tractor relief in the hydraulic block. In the hydraulic block there is a spool valve that cuts the flow to the FEL. I cut the flow to the FEL today and I still only have 1000 psig at the remotes.

No relief valve in FEL. The FEL uses the tractor relief.

I'm checking the pressure at the remotes.

Can you post some detailed pictures of your FEL control valve. From what I can see of the circuit even when turning the valve on the hydraulic block, it doesn't actually isolate the hoses.

Have you removed/checked the relief valve on the hydraulic block for debris?
