Pretty unlucky, I had a stick or branch poke up under the right side of the hood and break the IMV sensor connector and the fuel injector return connector. There's a hose that connectors back from the fuel injectors and takes overflow fuel back into the fuel pump, or when the engine is turned off.

My local Kioti dealer said Kioti wanted $700 for a new IMV, and $20 for the Voss connector.

I was able to find a knock-off IMV for Amazon for $65, search for "Common Rail Injector Control Valve IMV Valve 28362036 for Delphi".
I looked and looked and couldn't find the right Voss connector, but ordered what I thought was close enough. "YDT531 Delphi Common Rail Injector Leak Off Connector 1 Way (Mercedes Sprinter)" which worked and I still have in there even though I had ordered the Voss connector from the dealer. I think the YDT531 isn't quite perfect so I'll replace it with the Voss, but I did some work with the tractor with the two new parts, maybe 5 hours and everything is working fine. The YDT531 isn't leaking or anything, I'm just not sure if the tractor bounces or is jarred if the connector could come lose.

The Voss part number is F6800-42511.
I'm not sure what the Kioti part number is for the IMV, but printed on the original part is the 28362036 number from Delphi I believe.

Thanks for this valuable information! Excellent work finding an economical aftermarket solution. (y)

You might try contacting Voss direct. They are in Cleveland, Ohio. They might sell you the correct connector, been my personal experience they are easy to deal with.

Hey 5030,
I didn't know they were "state side" I will give that a try if I need another one, or maybe someone else viewing this could try that.

In my multiday search (a weekend when my Kioti dealer was OOO) for an online source of the part I didn't know that the part would be relatively reasonably priced ($20). The "YDT531 Delphi Common Rail Injector Leak Off Connector 1 Way (Mercedes Sprinter)" I found on ebay was about the same price including shipping. I would have just gotten it from the dealer had I known. $700 for the IMV was not reasonable IMO.

I feel your pain. I had a stick go through my oil filter. It cost me an engine rebuild. I'm just saying, it could be worse.

Must have been a very stout stick....
