Turned out to be another bad relay. Glow Plug relay had failed. To confirm this I swapped the Cabin Relay (also a 70A relay, right side of Display Unit on the firewall) with Glow Plug Relay. After doing the preheat cycle, the engine fired just as it did from new, no bleching and coughing black/grey smoke. Now the A/C compressor won't run, overhead blower won't run and all work lights are out. Going to pick up a new relay tomorrow!! In the 6 years and 368 hours I have owned/operated this tractor... any issues I have had were ALL electrical and ALL related to relays.
