I just recently went and picked up my DK45SE that I have been talking about on here for awhile. I was thinking about adding some additional lights to it but havent found a good location to put a few switches, 2 or 3 max. I noticed there are a bunch of posts on here about mounting the lights and running the wires but not many about switch location. Just wondering if anyone on here came up with a clever location to put a few of them....

I added some lights to my CK35. Not sure how close the DK45 is to the same layout. Put one switch behind the tool box and the other just to the right back, holes already there (2nd pic). One switch controls the front lights and the other the back lights. They are simple toggle switches. Also post pics of the electrical connection but may be different on your DK45. Hope this helps.

Yeah something like that is what I am looking for. I dont really want to have to drill any holes or anything in the tractor. I took a look at mine, and it has holes just like that so I could probably put the switches on there just like you did. It has the wires at the back at nearly the same spot, it just has two seperate ones where yours looks like it might be a plug with both.....

Thanks
